The company is licensed by the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) to operate in the Oil and Gas industry as a service company providing Integrated Offshore Marine Logistics, Security, and Support Services.
The Cabotage Act of 2007 passed by the Federal Government of Nigeria has allowed indigenous companies like Hudson Pacific to take advantage of opportunities within the Maritime Logistics and Oil & Gas services space in the country.
Since its inception, Hudson Pacific has strived to become one of the leading indigenous Marine Logistics and Security Services Companies in Nigeria. By banking on the competence of our team and in partnership with other services providers, we guarantee only the highest standard of service delivery.
We are very well positioned to leverage opportunities presented in the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development Act (2010). Our company’s commitment to the provincial content drive of the Federal Government of Nigeria is reflected in our well-articulated and continuous manpower development for domestic seafarers. We are an “A” classified company under the Nigerian Content Development Monitoring Board. We are also a member of the Ship Owners Association of Nigeria (SOAN). Hudson Pacific is accredited to ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System).

- Hudson Pacific is a certified Private Maritime Security Company approved by the Nigerian Navy. An MOU was signed between the Nigerian Navy and Hudson Pacific in July 2013 and it remains ongoing.
- Hudson Pacific is registered with the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC).
