  • Encouraging and ensuring the use of made-in-Nigeria goods and services in our projects where available.
  • Encouraging and ensuring value addition/fabrication/assembling of project components, done in Nigeria.
  • Requiring subcontractors who do not provide made-in-Nigeria goods, fabrication, installation, and/or services to provide a knowledge/technology transfer plan.
  • Recruiting qualified Nigerians to fully engage in our projects. Also, we encourage subcontractors to engage these resident experts in project execution positions.
  • Increasing the number of Nigerians in each project discipline/skill pool through training, exposure and certification, thus making them available for other projects.
  • Certifications received during such events include Ship & Shore Certificates, Certificate of Competency among others.
  • Involving Nigerian banks, insurance firms, and other financial institutions in contractual transactions.

Security Risk Analysis & Risk Management

Technical Management and Crewing

Technical Management of Hudson Pacific fleet is carried out in-house from the head office in Lagos and operational base in Port Harcourt and some cases with support from our technical partners.

We handle every aspect of vessel management internally including Crewing, QHSE, Technical Management, Purchasing, and Operations. A modern fleet and team dedication to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment enables us to surpass clients’ expectations.
