Quality Policy

Hudson Pacific Energy Limited provides reliable marine logistics and services carefully designed in line with world class standards to satisfy the quality requirements of customers, regulatory and statutory bodies and other relevant interested parties within the context of our organization in line with the requirements of NIS ISO 9001:2015 which also serves as a frame work for establishing and reviewing quality objectives and policies within the company. Hudson quality policy also supports its strategic direction.

This quality policy is communicated to all members of staff and other relevant interested parties and is reviewed on an annual basis (or during management review meetings) for continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of application throughout the organization.

To further ensure continual improvement of the Quality Management System, Hudson Pacific Energy Ltd:

•Ensures continual improvement of its processes through critical internal appraisals, internal and external audits.

•Provides an enabling environment where all staff, contractors and other interested parties are actively involved in achieving and sustaining quality assurance and control and

•Provides continual investment in staff training, development and the evaluation of their performance so that trust in service offering is enhanced

•Provides cyber security capability maturity model integration that streamline process improvement and encourage productive, efficient behaviors that decrease risks in software, system, onboard operation technology, product, and service development

The Managing Director is responsible for ensuring that this quality policy is implemented, maintained as a documented information, continually improved upon and communicated to all employees and interested parties within the organization in a manner that shall ensure suitable application to for the assigned responsibilities.

We focus on delivering quality service without compromising the Health and Safety of our workers, contractors/subcontractors, and clients.
To fulfill our commitment to protect all staff, contractors/subcontractors, and client personnel from personal injury and health hazards, Hudson Pacific has put the following in place:

  • Actively funding safety initiatives and training programs, distribution of safety materials, and continuously auditing and improving processes that require the use of personal protective equipment to be worn by staff, contractors/subcontractors, and client personnel who are exposed to identified hazards.
  • Enforcing and ensuring all employees and contractors/subcontractors are properly trained in safe work practices.
  • Ensuring that all activities are conducted on the basis that safety is of primary importance to all personnel and the community in general.
  • Actively conducting safety inspections to detect and eliminate any health hazards, unsafe working conditions, or poor safety practices.
  • Avoiding incidents, however, where they occur, we thoroughly investigate (no matter how minor) to determine the basic and underlying causes and resolution of such issues or events.
  • Promoting continuing assessment and review methods to improve our safety performance and programs.

Care for the Environment

Hudson Pacific Energy is committed to developing systems and procedures throughout the company to identify potential impacts to the environment.

We conduct environmental impact assessments and audits (including risk assessment, risk mitigation, and contingency planning) on a routine basis in our operations to ensure compliance with the regulation.

We carry out annual Environmental and Social Due Diligence (ESDD) audits to ensure our operations meet or exceed our stated environmental impact goals

Drug & Alcohol Policy

The rules regarding drug and alcohol abuse have been established for all staff members, contractors/subcontracts, client personnel regardless of rank or position.

The rules apply during working hours to all employees and contractors of our organization while they are on company premises, vessels, or elsewhere on company business.
